Frequently Asked Questions
Commissions & Custom Work
Do you take commissions?
Yes! I love creating custom pieces. If you have an idea, color palette, or story you want captured, please reach out through my contact page. We can talk through your vision, timing, size, and pricing.
Can you create something similar to a piece that’s already sold?
Absolutely. Every piece is one-of-a-kind, but I’m happy to create something inspired by a past work you love.
Shopping, Shipping & Pickup
Are all of your pieces originals?
Yes, every piece on my site is an original. I don’t sell prints at this time.
Do you ship internationally?
I do! If you’re outside the U.S., just send me a quick email before placing an order. My website can’t process international shipping automatically, but I’m happy to arrange it personally.
How long does shipping take?
Most pieces ship within 3–5 business days. Larger works may need a little extra time for careful packaging.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, if you’re in the greater Madison, Wisconsin area, I’m happy to arrange local pickup. Just message me before checkout.
Studio, Process & Materials
What materials do you use?
I work primarily with mixed media, acrylic paint, collage materials, and charcoal. Many pieces include found papers, scraps, and layered textures.
Can I visit your studio?
My home studio is open to visitors by appointment. If you’d like to stop by, just reach out and we can find a time.
How do you create your paintings?
Each piece begins with a story, an idea, or a collection of materials I’ve gathered. I build layers with mixed media, add acrylic paint, and often finish with charcoal details. A lot of my process is intuitive; I let the piece lead me where it wants to go.
Artwork Care
How should I care for my artwork?
My pieces are sealed with a protective varnish. To keep them looking their best, dust gently with a soft cloth and avoid direct sunlight or very humid environments.
